This
book is to honour and to remember those who served in the Korean War. Also, It
will serve to preserve the Canadian military history, heritage and educate Canadian
and Korean youth. With their courage, bravery and supreme sacrifice, they saved
millions of innocent lives - including my parents, and delivered freedom and peace
to South Korea Fifty years ago. Forty
Seven and a Half million South Koreans now enjoy freedom, peace, liberty and many
more generations will continue to live in a democratic country. We
would like to send our deepest thanks to our Canadian heroes that saved our lives,
our country and our beliefs. Their
courage and bravery will always remain in our soil. Their souls and spirits
will always remain in our hearts. May God bless all our fallen heroes.
Embrace them with divine love. We
hope this book also gives some comfort and closure to the families of those fallen
heroes.
